One Year warranty Lifetime  maintenance

offer free one-year warranty service ,when the product is used by normally have problems in quality ,also within one year
warranty,.

One of the following is not included the scope of services:

1,excessed valid service time;

2,warranty label is tore ,blurred ,vague;

3,the damage caused by use not according to instruction, maintenance instruction, custody ;

4,the product is Privately disassembled,repaired ,trying to repaired;

    1)PCB board has residual solder 

    2) components changed welding ,etc

5,without valid warranty card or privately altered warranty card;

6,the bar code ,numbers of warranty card are not comply with actual products;

7,products Damage is caused by accident, wrong using ways, irresistible natural factors, like as: surface scratches ,electronic
components loss, PCB board deformation, collision injuries, etc;

8,products damage during transportation ,in-proper storage ,like as:(wet corrosion, mechanical damage).

9, For the chips control ,the following conditions not included the scope of warranty and exchange:

  1) Chip trademarks polished; 
  2) Chip tube angle broken off or seriously distorted;

  3) chip bloom/projected    
  4) chip burnt

1,Service available:

 1)besides the products transportation time (not include Saturday and Sunday)products returning time when we receive the
items within 10 working days.

 2)User can require exchange

2,Exceed free One-year warranty ,we take responsible for repairing  and maintenance 
 1) offering free maintenance service to our users ,once find the simple component is damged (like as small capacitors, resistors, transistors and other components, etc)

 2) at first time requiring customers agreement doing Paid service ,which charge some reasonable cost of components in condition that valuable components(like as main chip ,PCB Board) is destroyed, finally doing maintenance service.
